  • Service Coverage: The "Al-Hadi" app currently delivers to specific regions and locations as listed within the app. Delivery is only available to addresses within the designated delivery zones.
  • Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address at the time of placing your order. We are not liable for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: Orders placed through the "Al-Hadi" app are typically delivered within the delivery timeframe displayed at the time of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic conditions, weather, and order volume.
  • Same-Day Delivery: For eligible orders, same-day delivery is available. Cut-off times for same-day delivery will be indicated in the app.
